What inspired you to start your business?
I had a dream of working for a small creative agency. After struggling to get my foot in the door, I decided I would just build it myself instead.
What challenges have you faced as a woman in business?
We've built an executive team, purchased a company, re-invented our culture, grew exponentially, moved from founder-led to leadership team-led, and worked through HR issues to name a few!
What is the best piece of business advice that you have ever received?
I used to stress out when we would lose a pitch. The best advice I have held onto was, "Some will, some won't, so what, someone's waiting."
What lesson have you learned that you can share with other women entrepreneurs?
Processing issues with a group of brilliant minds is so much more effective than trying to solve a problem on your own.
What's your favorite WPO event you've attended? Why?
I love our conferences and go every year! It's a perfect mix of working on the business, exploring a new city, developing relationships across the globe, getting inspired, and spending time with friends.
