What inspired you to start your business?
I wanted to help great leaders and great companies have a happier, healthier and wealthier relationship with marketing.
What challenges have you faced as a woman in business?
My biggest challenges as a woman in business was thinking I had to "balance" life and work. As a mother, wife and almost 20 year business owner, I have learned that balance is not sustainable and that I have to give myself grace and prioritize unapologetically.
What’s the best business advice you’ve ever received?
To do what I do best and hire others to do the rest! I get it all done because I don't do it all myself!
What lesson have you learned that you can share with other women entrepreneurs?
To lead with love - love for my clients, my team but most importantly, to love myself. Respect is reciprocal. We can't pour from an empty cup, loving ourselves is essential to growth!
In what ways has your membership in WPO impacted your personal or professional life?
I feel like WPO was one of the missing pieces of my success puzzle. I can't say enough about the richness of the women, their wisdom and the wealth of resources we all share.
