What inspired you to start your business?
I was inspired by the desire for freedom — freedom to make my own decisions, manage my own schedule, and create a path aligned with my values. I also wanted to contribute to my community and make a real difference in my city.
What challenges have you faced as a woman in business?
Balancing professional growth with personal and family responsibilities has been a constant challenge. At the same time, breaking stereotypes and ensuring that women’s voices are heard at decision-making tables has required persistence and resilience.
What’s the best business advice you’ve ever received?
“Surround yourself with people who inspire you and challenge you to grow.” Success is not built alone — the right network can be transformative.
What lesson have you learned that you can share with other women entrepreneurs?
Don’t wait for the “perfect moment” — it rarely comes. Start where you are, with what you have, and trust that you’ll grow along the way. Courage and consistency are more important than perfection.
In what ways has your membership in WPO impacted your personal or professional life?
WPO has given me a circle of women who truly understand the journey of leadership. It has been a space of trust, learning, and encouragement, where I feel supported both as a businesswoman and as a person.
What are your goals and aspirations moving forward?
Moving forward, I want to keep developing as a leader, while finding ways to positively impact my community. Within WPO, I aspire to strengthen connections, share experiences, and contribute to the growth of other women leaders.
