ABOUT ENTREPRENEURIAL EXCELLENCE FORUM

WPO's signature annual event brings together hundreds of extraordinary women business leaders from around the world for two days of inspiration, collaboration, and growth.

Designed to give women entrepreneurs a transformative experience away from daily operations, the 2026 Forum will feature inspiring keynote speakers, interactive breakout sessions, peer-to-peer learning, and unmatched networking opportunities. Attendees will leave with actionable insights, renewed energy, and strategies to elevate their businesses.

The Forum will also celebrate the remarkable achievements of women-led enterprises, including the annual recognition of the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies, honoring the innovators driving business growth and industry transformation.

FORUM HOTEL INFORMATION

The rate is $339 + $35 resort fee per nightClick here to reserve your accommodation.

The booking deadline for WPO's group rate is April 3, 2026.

Please note that a one-night deposit is required and will be refunded if canceled at least six weeks prior to arrival; cancellations after that time will incur a one-night charge.

FORUM APP

Whova is the official event app for the 2026 WPO Entrepreneurial Excellence Forum.

This app will also be your tool for lead generation, scanning attendees' QR codes within the app so you have a neat follow-up spreadsheet to download after the event. Exhibitor Information

 

EXHIBIT HALL INFORMATION 

Exhibit Hall Set-Up Hours:

  • Wednesday, May 6th: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm ET

Forum Exhibit Hall Hours: 

  • Wednesday, May 6th: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm ET
  • Thursday, May 7th: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm ET
  • Friday, May 8th: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm ET

Exhibit Hall Breakdown Hours: 

  • Friday, May 8th: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm ET

Exhibit Table Specifications  

  • Items Provided: 6’ skirted table (6' x 30" x 30") , two chairs per table. The average booth size is 9’ x 6’.
    • Note: The booth area is in the open exhibit hall and there is not pipe and drape or other items separating the spaces.

NOTE: 

  • You can bring extra help to set up and break down your table, but only registered attendees with proper credentials are allowed in the area during the forum. 
  • Be sure to bring your own packing materials for return shipments. 
  • Exhibitors are responsible for securing their exhibit materials at the close of each day. 
  • Storage will not be provided at the Forum. Exhibitors can store items under the exhibit table and/or in your hotel room.
  • Booths should be staffed during exhibit hall hours. There may be an increase in traffic when meals and breaks are noted on the agenda.

Exhibit Hall Terms & Conditions 

  1. Exhibitor table assignments will be made by WPO. WPO reserves the right to make changes to table assignments as needed. WPO reserves the right to make alterations to exhibitor spaces if deemed necessary in the best interest of the Forum.
  2. Damage to property caused by an Exhibitor will be paid for by that Exhibitor. DO NOT paint, tape, nail, screw, drill, or tack anything to the tables, walls, columns, floors, or ceiling of the building. Any damage caused by the Exhibitor to another Exhibitor's property will also be paid for by the Exhibitor responsible for causing the damage.
  3. Exhibitors must operate and maintain their designed area so that no injury will result to any person or property. All Exhibitors are strongly urged to obtain full-coverage temporary insurance for their merchandise and displays while in transit and at the Forum.
  4. Each Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless WPO and the Forum location for all liability that might ensure from any cause including accident or injury to invitees, guests, sponsors, exhibitors, their agent, and employees; including loss or damage to personal property.
  5. WPO is not responsible for goods that are stolen or broken at any time or for lost shipments sent for the Forum.

Please use the label format below to ensure proper handling of all packages. Once shipments are complete, please share your tracking information with WPO. We will forward this information to FedEx so they are aware of the total number of packages expected and can identify any missing or delayed shipments.
